Northern Ireland – Tour at a Glance

A tour of Northern Ireland is fantastic, as you’ll have the opportunity to experience Royal Portrush, Portstewart and Royal County Down, however it does come with a fair amount of travel as the courses are spread out.  We recommend a flight into Belfast (BFS) Airport.  From there, a tour will typically direct you to Coleraine for your first stop, which is about an hour from the airport.  Following several days in Coleraine, you’ll head for Lough Erne, which is a 2 hour and 15 minute drive.  Finally, you’ll work your way back east to Newcastle, which is another 2 hour drive, with Royal County Down awaiting your arrival.  Tours to Northern Ireland can also be combined with some courses in Northwest Ireland, should that be your group’s desire.  Take a look at a sample itinerary for this region of Ireland.
